Dr. Bill Bryan has served as a pastor since 1994. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Abingdon Baptist Church in Abingdon, Virginia. Before entering the ministry full-time, Dr. Bryan had a twelve-year career as an engineer and manager for IBM at NASA Johnson Space Center working on Space Shuttle computer systems. He has taught seminary courses in the US and overseas since 1998 with Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1998-2004) and B. H. Carroll Theological Institute (2004-present). He is married to Deborah, and they have three adult children. He enjoys hiking and running as well as reading and golf.
